So who are Premier Spanish Properties?
We are a small company, with collectively a vast knowledge of life in Spain. We believe that buying your home here, be it for holidays or permanent living is just the start. That is why we have a dedicated After Sales Director, who will attend to you personally.

The area we cover is the southern Costa Blanca, it runs from Alicante along the Orihuela Costa and down into Costa Calida, the Mar Menor (little Sea) with its safe swimming/sunbathing and the famous La Manga Strip. All the beaches in the area have blue flag status.
Then moving inland to what is sometimes called real Spain. We have small towns like, Mula, Carrasparra, Fortuna and Castalla to name but a few.
The area has many contrasts from the lively beach areas and costal towns like Torrevieja to the lush paddy fields of Carrasparra.
The area is also well equipped with 2 excellent airports, one at Alicante and the other at San Javier (Murcia) with a third at Convera due to be completed 2009. The overall infrastructure, with all its new motorways is ideal for traveling to different beaches or inland to the pine covered hills.
